A Knight in the Tomb

Ever wanted to build your own puzzle game?
A Knight in the Tomb flips the script on puzzle games; you're the puzzle builder and the game tries to solve them! Each level comes with a catch or gimmick to implement similar to the kind you'd find in actual puzzle game development.
Once you create your puzzle, the knight (representing the player of your new puzzle game) uses its algorithm to find a solution, even seeking out ones you didn't intend. Be sure to build robust tombs with no unintended solutions.
Controls
Left/Right Mouse (both do the same thing) - Change tiles
Space - Dismiss error messages
1-9 - Jump to that specific level (if you really need to)
Download
Install instructions
1. On a Windows PC, download the provided file.
2. Extract the contents somewhere else.
3. In the extracted folder, run the "main.exe" file.
4. Enjoy the thrilling gameplay and clever twists of A Knight in the Tomb.
5. (Most important step!) After being thoroughly amazed by the game, leave an excellent rating on the GMTK Game Jam 2023 submission page and a comment about how cool this game was.
